1. Right of Withdrawal
The Client is entitled to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason under the following conditions:
Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the date of the contract's conclusion, provided that the provision of the service has not yet commenced.The intention to withdraw must be communicated in writing (e.g., via email or letter) to the following contact information:

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
Commencement of Service: If the execution of the project specified in the contract has already begun and the Client has given their express consent, acknowledging that they lose their right of withdrawal once the performance begins.
Customized Services: The Client has ordered a service specifically tailored to their individual needs (e.g., website or webshop), which according to the contract excludes the possibility of withdrawal after the commencement of the implementation.
3. Consequences of Withdrawal
If the Client withdraws from the contract after its conclusion but before the implementation phase has begun, they are not obliged to pay the service fee. However:If the withdrawal occurs after the implementation phase has begun, the Client must pay the full 50% deposit specified in the contract, which covers the costs of the work already performed and preparations.If the entire service has already been completed and delivered, withdrawal is no longer possible.
4. Refund ConditionsIf the project is not completed within the predetermined time frame (21 days) due to the Service Provider's fault, the Client is entitled to withdraw from the contract, and in such cases, the Service Provider is obliged to fully refund the 50% deposit paid. The refund will be made within 14 days following the termination of the contract, using the same payment method used by the Client.

Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to the website and webshop creation services provided by TechGearFrontier. The GTC (General Terms and Conditions) are applicable to all contractual relationships concluded between the Service Provider and the Client (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").
Formation of Contract
The contract is formed if:The Customer orders the service in writing, and the Service Provider confirms this in writing.The details of the contract (e.g., prices, deadlines) are documented in a separate document signed by both parties.
Service Provider's Performance
The Service Provider will create the website or webshop based on the Customer's requirements, taking into account the specifications set out in the contract. The performance includes:Custom design and development.Basic search engine optimization (SEO) settings.Mobile and tablet-compatible responsive design.The Service Provider assumes no liability for the content provided by the Customer (e.g., texts, images), for which the Customer is responsible for legality.
Warranty and Liability
Warranty:The Service Provider provides a 30-day warranty from the delivery date of the project for the functionality of the features created.The warranty applies only to the work performed by the Service Provider.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:Modifications made by the Customer or third parties.Errors caused by external providers (e.g., hosting provider, plugin developer).
Disclaimer of Liability:
The Service Provider is not liable for:Indirect damages, such as loss of revenue.Damages resulting from delayed service delivery caused by unforeseeable circumstances (e.g., force majeure).
Usage Rights
The complete intellectual property rights of the website or webshop remain with the Service Provider until the Customer pays the full service fee.
Once the full amount is settled, the intellectual property rights are transferred to the Customer.
The Service Provider reserves the right to use the project as a reference in their portfolio.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
This contract is governed by German law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent court is the District Court of Kempten (Amtsgericht Kempten).
Final Provisions
The partial or total invalidity of individual provisions of these general terms and conditions shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
The Parties undertake to replace the invalid provision with a valid one that is as close as possible to the original intent.
